Audio/Visual Packages

LCD Projection Package: Includes an LCD projector, backup projector, 7' cradle screen, projection cart with power, and a daily meet and greet with our technician.

Screen Support Package: Required for groups bringing in their own LCD projector, this package includes 7' cradle screen, projection cart with power, and a daily meet and greet with our technician.

Sound System Package: 

  1. Package includes two tripods, two speakers, an audio mixer, either wireless Handheld Microphone or Lavaliere, and a daily meet and greet with our technician.
  2. Package includes two tripods, two speakers, an audio mixer, and a wired microphone with stand.

MINI iPod Sound System: Ideal for small meeting rooms, high-powered speaker with built-in iPod dock.

Post-It Flipchart Package: Includes adhesive-backed paper for meeting room walls, three standard Flipchart markers, and Flipchart stand.

Standard Flipchart Package: Includes regular paper, three standard Flipchart markers and Flipchart stand.

Italian String Light Package: Beautiful Italian string lighting for your event.
